Fashion is such an amazing industry which everybody is involved with on a daily basis. Clothes are necessary, we all know that, but fashion is all the more important because we use it to build our image. If you look close enough, you can tell what a person is like just by how they dress. Now I know that fashion is an expensive habit, but it doesn’t always have to be. If you know where to shop, you will coming home with 3 things for the price of 1.
A great place to shop is the D3 Gallery at Dragon Center. The shop is filled with designer items at incredibly reasonable prices and some of them are handmade too! It’s a platform for young talented people to showcase their work and by purchasing an item, you receive a unique piece as well as support an emerging artist.
Apart from all the shopping I’ve been doing, this week has been really busy for me. I’m incredibly excited to share a project I’ve collaborated with an amazing friend and photographer Chandni C. We have planned to hold regular photo shoot sessions with young girls/guys who desire to create a portfolio or simply experience what its like behind the lens.
Our first event was in collaboration with fashion stylist Jazika H. Below are some of the photos I’ve taken. Jewelry on the girls were designed and handmade by me!
